• Sugar Crush Daily is a less intense, maintenance tool, designed for consumption in conjunction with Sugar Crush for the first 3 months and then on its own for an additional 9 months following completion of the 3-month period of Sugar Crush.
  
• The total 12-month cycle of use is repeated once the first 12-month period is complete

What is the best way/time to use ‘SUGAR CRUSH’?

For optimal results, we recommend using Sugar Crush as follows:

• Mix 2.5 ml of Sugar Crush (lightly shake the bottle before use) with 6 oz. of water just before or during the meal.
• For people with very high glucose levels or their body weight is above 220lb, we recommend 5 ml instead of 2.5 ml.
  
• It is not recommended to consume Sugar Crush along with medication for high blood pressure, cholesterol and blood thinners. Allow for a separation of 2 hours between taking these medications and the consumption of Sugar Crush for optimal results.

Sugar Crush and Sugar Crush Daily do not require refrigeration before or after opening the bottle. Both products have a shelf life of 5 years. Once the products are opened, they should be kept at room temperature, in a dry location.

Do I need to take the ‘SUGAR CRUSH’ before sleeping when my glucose levels are high?

It is preferred that you do not use Sugar Crush before going to bed. Prior to bedtime, the Sugar Crush Daily product is recommended as follows:

• Shake the Sugar Crush Daily bottle well. Mix 6 oz. of water 2.5 ml of the Sugar Crush Daily
• For cases of high glucose levels and/or people that weigh more then 220 lbs we recommend using 5 ml of “Sugar Crush Daily” mixed with 6 oz. of water just before bedtime.
  

Should I lower the use of my regular medications due to the use ‘SUGAR CRUSH’ products?

Always consult your physician before making changes to your medications. Your physician may approve reduction in other medications based on the result of your glucose levels following the use of Sugar Crush and Sugar Crush Daily.

What should I do if I’m experiencing an increase in glucose levels after consuming use ‘SUGAR CRUSH’ or ‘SUGAR CRUSH DAILY’?

If you find that your glucose levels are rising following the consumption of Sugar Crush, this could mean that you are not drinking enough water while consuming the product. Diabetics need to drink a full glass of water (6 oz.) and wait 30-45 minutes. Sugar Crush works during digestion. If diabetics do not drink enough water and eat right before/during consuming the product, it will dry the fluid in the stomach and subsequently, PH levels rise which could result is an increase in the glucose levels. To prevent glucose levels rising, use the product as directed. Always consult your physician if you experience extreme changes in glucose levels.

Will taking ‘SUGAR CRUSH’ interfere with other medications or lab work?

It is not recommended to consume Sugar Crush or Sugar Crush Daily along with medication for high blood pressure, cholesterol and blood thinners. Ideally, allow for a separation of 2 hours between taking these medications and the consumption of “Sugar Crush” for optimal results. Both Sugar Crush and Sugar Crush Daily received a “Free Sale Certificate” from the Ministry of Health from the country of manufacture indicating they are safe for use. Lastly, Sugar Crush and Sugar Crush Daily will not interfere with any lab work.
